We are in the very heart of summer 2017 and  we are ready  for our holiday along the Dalmatian coastline.

ZAGREB

First stop Zagreb and here comes the city of mix and match- If I can use such a term to describe it! The old and the modern co-exist in harmony and the visitor has the opportunity to have a throwback to another era. The old city offers the chance to stroll around the narrow streets, enjoy the buildings and the scent of the Middle Ages. There are several monuments and places of interest to visit during your stay. Don’t miss them!!!

Ljubljana, Slovenia

LJUBLJANA

We were really taken by its pure beauty and its distinctive architecture. A city worth visiting and exploring every single corner of it. Its pretty scenery, full of greenery, parks and paved alleys. Needless to say that everyone should pay a visit to the castle and walk across the river and its interesting bridges. Cafés and restaurants along the river Ljubljanica offer visitor the opportunity to relax and enjoy a variation of delicacies! We grabbed a beer and a burger at Pop’s Place. All in all, it proved to be an excellent choice!!

POSTOJNA CAVE

The caves are absolutely fabulous and they constitute a truly amazing experience for someone to visit. Down there, one has the sense of being in a place out of this world. There is something that reminds you scenes of ‘’The Lord of the Rings’’. Strongly suggested!!

TRIESTE

This was my second time there and my opinion of it remained the same. A city, love from the first sight! Unique architecture, a nice port for chilling and taking countless photos and a sense of aristocracy that emerges from every corner.

RIJEKA

Rijeka is the third largest city of Croatia. It is quite beautiful with interesting buildings and friendly people. There we had some super delicious pastry!!You should taste some.

OPATIJA

To me, the place to be! A coastal town with Habsburg-era villas and luxurious hotels. We walked around the place and had some coffee at hotel Palace Opatija; nice atmosphere and high quality coffee.

PLITVICE LAKES

Next stop Plitvice Lakes or else a paradise on earth! An exceptionally beautiful national park BUT with an expensive entrance fee- around 24e per person. The lakes and the surrounding mountain captivate the visitors interest and give you the chance for recollection. For further information check the website.

Plitvice Lakes, Croatia

ZADAR

There are many things that can catch your attention there but the most important is the city gate and the Greeting to the sun; this is an innovative monument along with a sea organ that it is a combination of sound and light- it is recommended it after the sun sets.

TROGIR

During that evening we found ourselves within the medieval walls of that small but gorgeous place. Something ‘old ‘is in the air and everyone is given the chance to travel back in time…again!! It is a ‘’hop on hop off place’’ but why don’t you try it?

SPLIT

For one more time a blend of ancient and modern before our eyes. Once you enter the Diocletian Palace you come across dozens of cafe’s and restaurants. Always crowded and lively. More time for sightseeing needed here than every other place so far. We had an Italian style lunch in Pizzeria Portas Food and Restaurant. For one more time we were completely satisfied with our choice.

DUBROVNIK

This is considered to be the diamond of the entire trip! One may be bewitched and fascinated by its unique beauty and the sense of supremacy! You should definitely walk along the city walls and stroll around the countless narrow alleys. I was given the impression of living in a fairytale. You can have lunch a drink a cool beer in one of the hundreds bars and restaurants. Our choice was excellent, as we had prawn and octopus burger in Barba.

KOTOR

Kotor and here we are in Montenegro! Totally atmospheric and magical! It has a view of the bay and it is full of medieval buildings. Undoubtedly one of my favourite places of the tour. From here you can purchase many kinds of souvenirs.

BUDVA

This was our last stop! Here you can have breakfast and swim in the beautiful beaches! One of the best spots of that place is the Aman Sveti Stefan which is a small islet and a splendid 5-star hotel.
